The launching ceremony of the Vietnam Sports Delegation 2023 – SEA Games 32 was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with the General Department of Sports and Sports and Dong Luc Sport at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
